This beautiful castle has been a feature of the surrounding countryside for the past 500 years. The seat of the Leslie family, the castle has been sympathetically restored and features a new kitchen, long dining room, library, and a cosy main hall, where you can relax with a long drink, and read from the well stocked shelves.

Lickleyhead is the perfect place from which to explore the surrounding countryside, where you can find the championship golf courses of Cruden Bay and Royal Dornoch no more than an hours drive away. We can arrange a whole host of activities to compliment your stay, from archery to clay pigeon shooting on the beach, and from barbeques to intimate wedding receptions, all you need do is ask.

Each bedroom has been transformed with egyptian cotton sheets, new bedding and individual pampering sets on arrival, whatever your reason for visitng, we will endeavour to make your stay a most memorable one.
